SwiftPoa is a delivery facilitation service connecting customers, vendors, and independent riders for parcel transportation within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
By using SwiftPoa services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Deliveries outside standard zones may attract additional charges.
Incorrect information may lead to delays or extra charges.
Delivery fees depend on distance, location, and parcel size.
Prices are communicated before dispatch. SwiftPoa may adjust prices based on operational conditions.
Subscription deliveries expire after 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
A delivery is considered failed if:
Redelivery or return costs may apply.
SwiftPoa is not liable for:
Compensation (if applicable) will not exceed the delivery fee unless insured.
SwiftPoa may refuse unsafe parcels.
Riders must maintain professionalism and respect.
Abusive customers may be denied service.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or availability.
Vendors may receive subscription packages, priority riders, and support under separate agreements.
Customer data is used only for delivery, communication, and service improvement. It is not sold or shared.
SwiftPoa may suspend users who abuse services or violate terms.
Terms may be updated as the service grows. Users will be notified of major changes.
